Florida is going all out to 100% capacity for bars, restaurants and theme parks. All mandatory mask fines will be lifted as well. There are also plans to host the Super Bowl in Tampa with spectators.
This is the same state that had allowed spring break college students go wild on its beaches when the pandemic began!
Just shows you what happens when ignorance is in a position of power, and politics becomes more important to some people than science.
It also shows why the phrase “thick as a brick” was coined!
It’s all about “politics” unfortunately.
In too many areas. And sadly we stand darn near completely alone in the world.
Haha. Almost spit the tea I was drinking over my iPad.
Wildly political comment from you TK and I love it and couldn’t agree more. As much as some wish it were otherwise, viruses are pretty apolitical.
Please remember everybody – they keep retracting and pretending – but it’s airborne and there are concerns it may cause lasting cardio damage. That’s enough for me to mask up, sanitize down, and stay at home.
I was somewhat surprised when I heard that NH was going to 100% capacity for its restaurants, let alone Florida of all places.
An estimated 4,000 restaurants across this state (MA) have been forced to close permanently. Even those that remain open are hurting and some may still be forced to close permanently as well once winter sets in.
C-19 for 9-27 is ready.
