In the comments section below, put your snowfall guess, to the nearest tenth of an inch, for Boston’s Logan Airport, for the 2021-2022 snowfall season which runs from now (they haven’t had measurable snow yet, technically through June 30, but we’ll probably be able to call it about April 15 or so, depending on the pattern. We will keep track of the official numbers from that site through the season, and person who is simply the closest to the actual number (above, below, or exactly right), will be the winner.
32.1 inches
OK then, I will make my entry: 27.6 inches just because
I am not feeling it at all. I hope I am DEAD wrong and that
someone with the highest number wins.
Oh yay. Well done and thank you.
51.7 inches
This is like the contestant on Price is Right that goes with a high price, even if they don’t believe it. 🙂 🙂 🙂
I’ll break The streak and go with 49.19
I may not have time to record this week but sure appreciate everything here and easy to find when I do have time
54.1 inches.
I was going to go with 51.8″ but thought that was too mean 🙂
This guess is more of a wish than what I think will actually happen but I don’t want to jinx the winter. I am hoping and banking on a good 4-6 week stretch of favorable pattern early to mid winter that really delivers. And maybe a decent sized event mixed in there that is a blip in an overall unfavorable pattern (these do happen from time to time). Or….. a late season bomb in March.
We are overdue for a big storm and my gut says we get one or two this winter. Only takes one or two to jeopardize a below normal snow forecast, even if the overall winter pattern largely happens as projected. Thinking positive thoughts!
Joshua said Boston – 33.8
I just got back from a trip to May 2022 in my new TimeTraveler 3000.
My “guess” is 44.4″.
Don’t ask me about the Covid-19 situation at that time!
Hahaha. Not asking 😉
29.3 inches
115.82cm
So 95.54…cool 😉
haha!! I used to be able to do this in my head. Nope. Not anymore..
45.6 inches.
If it makes it easier, my 44.4 inch estimate given above is 3.65e-17 parsecs or 2.46 cubits.
So 44.34 and not 44.44? Or is it 42.58? Hmmmm. Do I get to pick one 😉
33.4 inches
48 inches!
53.4
