Thanks TK.
Received my #4 booster yesterday. Woke up this morning with no side effects so far. Not even any arm stiffness.
You are incredible, Philip. When Pfizer advertises the vaccine it should include you in the TV spot (and pay you handsomely) saying “and no side effects.”
Wonderful news, Philip.
Thanks to you both. 🙂
A repost from last night. Joshua it echoes your comment from yesterday also answers my question re BA.2 and vaccine effectiveness
Just heard from my daughter, who had Covid in December. Her boyfriend now has Covid. Not sure if he also got it in December. It would be likely given how contagious Omicron is. The live together in a tiny flat. Both he and she are now boosted; in January. That didn’t stop him from getting symptomatic Covid. As a result they had to cancel a train trip to France that they were about to embark on. I’m hoping he doesn’t have BA.2 as a reinfection after getting BA.1 plus having a booster. Man, Covid is tenacious.
So sorry to hear this. I also hope it isn’t 2. Somehow dons wife managed not to get covid the two times my son had it. So maybe your daughters BF didn’t.
Mac’s cousin and husband visited their oldest, his wife and their 5 yr old over Christmas. Their other two sons joined them. All in one house.
Her granddaughter, DIL and husband had covid. Four of the seven didn’t catch it. All vaccinated and boosted except five year old. And it was omicron
Just an unpredictability odd virus
Thanks for this. Perhaps reassuring. Maybe my daughter’s BF did not get the first Omicron (BA.1).
It’s just so strange, given that now he’s boosted (last month), and before he was not. Tells you that boosting doesn’t do a whole lot in terms of reducing transmissions.
Target lifting its mask mandate.
Ugh. I’m sorry to hear that. We use their curbside but I feel for the workers
C-19 for 2-24 is ready.
